We are delighted to have had our “Running with Wolves” project selected for inclusion in this year’s Stockholm Fringe Festival programme.
The Stockholm Fringe Fest mission is to shape a creative platform hosting artists from all over the world. Stoff welcomes the young, the old and everyone in between. The Festival is for those who want to explore, criticise, exchange, question, enjoy, be surprised and for those who simply want to be a part of a thrilling atmosphere where anything is possible.
A number of our Wolves will be travelling to Stockholm this summer where we will be delivering mask making workshops as a part of STOFF in the basement of the Kulturhuset Stockholm building from 15.00 – 18.00pm (at least) daily (and possibly earlier on occasion). All of the workshops will be free to participate in.
In addition to our daily mask making activities the project will culminate with a flashmob style procession on Saturday the 24 August emanating from the Kulturhuset at the heart of STOFF and Stockholm.
If you’re in Stockholm on Saturday 24 August 2013 we encourage you to create your own mask and join us for this event from 6.00pm at the Kulturhuset Stockholm building. Come run with the Wolves.
Each of the Wolves travelling to Stockholm this summer has developed a free downloadable wolf mask template which you can use as the basis for creating your own mask at home. Of course if you would like to put your creative skills to the task and create yourself a wolf mask from scratch then of course feel free.
You can download our templates as PDF documents to print yourself – just click on one of the images below
Keep an eye on this page or follow us on Twitter for further information and updates.
If you’re struggling for mask making inspiration then check out our blog here for some examples of masks that we’ve made from these templates. If you’re making a mask for yourself be sure to take a photo and email it or tweet it to us.
*Both Marie and Layla’s masks come with three dimensional muzzles to create a more three dimensional mask.
If joining us for our final event on Saturday 24 August we kindly ask that you abide by the following simple guidelines:
